David Cook, the New American Idol
After 19 long weeks, American Idol Season 7 finally came to an end, leaving us with David Cook being the new American Idol. I did not really follow the show but during the last week, I watched it carefully to see who I will root for. David and David. It was hard to choose, both are really amazing talents. Honestly speaking, while I was watching Season 7 before (you know, peeking while my mom and dad are watching), I thought both the Davids have a good chance. And then I was moved by every performance of David Archuleta but at the same time, I love the voice of David Cook. I really don’t know who to choose to I decided to support Ramiele Malubay since she’s a Filipina. But after she was eliminated, I resumed my own debate about the Cook and Archuleta. (more…)
